Order and Delivery
These delivery figure are just guideline estimates from transit history. Both National and International freight time frame are changing all the time to growing pressure on freight forwarders.

This will be subject to stock availability. If we anticipate that you will not receive the goods within that time we will advise the reason for the delay and the likely date of the delivery. You will then be asked to confirm the order or cancel the order. We will not be liable for any delays in the delivery of goods or services.
Once we have successfully received payment in full for any order, the order will then be dispatched with 3 business days.
All orders will be dispatched with a nominated courier company at the time of dispatch and both tracking email notifications and SMS notifications will be sent to our customers.
If stock is no longer available at the time of purchase your order will be placed on a back-order list for any following stock shipments due to arrive. You will also be notified of this delay in order fulfillment. We are happy to refund any back orders immediately upon the purchaser’s written request via email. All refunds will be made back to the source from which the original payment came. ie: if you paid your order with a credit card, the refund will be made back to the card used at the time your order was placed.
Weekend or Public Holiday orders will be processed on the next working weekday.
Delivery Advice: Most deliveries are exceptionally prompt but:
We cannot give precise delivery times as it is dependent on the variable loads that couriers have and sometimes weather interruptions can also hamper deliveries.
If you are rural or live out in the sticks, allow some additional time, just in case.

Freight and Handling
All goods offered at www.hikeit.co.nz have free delivery for orders world wide
All international orders MUST be aware placed by customer(s) who order with payment understand by agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth that all import costs are borne to the customer and their countries custom import and duty charges. Hikeit NZ does not cover then cost.
All orders dispatched are sent out within New Zealand are send out via New Zealand Courier Post and tracking will be provided via email upon the orders dispatch.
All international orders will be sent out from our New Zealand Warehouse via EMS Post or if we do not have stock of the ordered item at the time of purchase will be sent out from our Factory based in Hong Kong via DHL. Tracking for international orders will be sent out via email upon the orders successful dispatch and collection from the freight forwarding agent.
Property and risk in goods ordered by you from us will pass to you upon delivery of the goods to your specified delivery address for the relevant order.
Subject to the provisions of this clause, to the extent permitted by law:
- All warranties, representations and guarantees (whether express, implied or statutory) are excluded;
- We will not be liable for any indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind suffered or incurred by you; and
- We limit our liability to the replacement or replacement cost and the delivery cost, of the relevant goods at our option.
If in the event the delivery company misplaces, loses, or damages an order, before we can proceed to dispatch any replacement products, we must first be provided a claim form from the delivery company after they have completed their internal search investigations.
If you are not acquiring goods from us for business purposes, you may have rights and remedies under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in which case the above exclusions and limitations (and any other provisions in these terms of trade which limit or exclude the rights and remedies available to you) will not apply to the extent these are inconsistent with your rights and remedies under that Act. If you are acquiring goods or services from us for business purposes, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 will not apply.
